Why we call it an Intensive, not a Retreat

Why we call it an Intensive, not a Retreat

This is not a silent retreat. That is exactly why I refuse to call it one. We have retreated long enough.

For years, women like us were called too much. Too emotional. Too sensitive. Too ambitious. Too career-focused. Too money-focused. And of course, too intense.

So yes. Now we are going to be intense, on purpose.

We want it all, and we do it all

We want it all, and we do it all

Over four days, we make room for every part of ourselves. We do not choose between the ambitious woman and the soft one, the strategic mind and the feeling body.

We hold all of it:

  • We reflect on the identities we want to embody at this moment in our lives.
  • We learn how to set boundaries that hold.
  • We explore how to live from our passions.
  • We look at how we can contribute to the challenges the world is facing.
  • We sharpen our sales and negotiation, aligned with our feminine energy.
  • We dance, and we have fun.
  • And we bring in the spiritual side, with yoga and meditation.

We are intense, and we want it all.

A deliberate interruption

This Intensive is a space for us. A deliberate interruption of the pattern of defending, reacting, and explaining.

We have explained who we are and what we need to everyone else for long enough. It has been expensive in time, in energy, and in money. Now we explain it to the one person we have not explained it to yet: ourselves.

We have explained ourselves to others long enough. Now we turn inward.

  • A sisterhood that sees you clearly, and holds you to your authority.
  • Boundaries that do not require explanation or emotional labor.
  • A body that remembers it was never meant to shrink.
  • Clarity around your power, in relationships, leadership, and money.
  • A recalibrated relationship with ambition, visibility, and success.
  • The mindset, community, and roadmap to reclaim your economic agency.

This is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to yourself, fully, consciously, and in charge.

You are not here to survive anymore. You are here to operate at your natural level of power.

A space built on self-trust

And we do this in a calm, beautiful place. Our venue is a boutique hotel designed by a woman artist, Silvana. She was told that hotel rooms should be white and identical. So she did the opposite, and gave every room its own color.

She trusted herself. Today her hotel is full all year round, with a score of 8.9 on Booking. That is the energy of this space: self-trust. Because that is how we crave to live, validating our own values, skills, creations, and leadership, so we can bring them into the world with confidence.
