What Makes This Experience Unlike Anything You’ve Seen

This isn’t a silent retreat. That's why I don't call it a Retreat.
We have retreated long enough.

We call it a
4-day Intensive; because we were called "too intense":

- Too emotional

- Too sensitive
- Too ambitious

- Too career-focused

- Too money-focused

- and of course..."too intense".

So, yes, now we are going to be intense...on purpose!

We are going to do it all:

- reflect on the identities we want to embody in this moment of our lives,
- on how we can best set boundaries,
- on how we can live from our passions,
- how we can contribute to solving the world's challenges,
- better techniques for sales and negotiation aligned with our feminine energy...
- and of course, having a great time with some dancing and fun,

and...let's not forget..

- bringing the spiritual side with some yoga and meditation.

We are intense, and we want it all!

This 4-day Intensive is a space for us.

It's a deliberate interruption of the defending, reacting, explaining pattern.

We have explained long enough who we are and what our needs are ( to others). That has been very expensive in time, energy, and money.

Now we are going to explain who we are and what we need, to ourselves, the ones that we have not explained it to...yet.

And we are going to do it in a calm, beautiful environment, in a hotel designed by a woman artist, Silvana, who decorated every room in a different color (because she was told that hotel rooms should be white and identical)...then she did the opposite.

She trusted herself, and now this Boutique hotel is full all year-round, and has a score of 8.9 on Booking.

This space is a space of self-trust; because we crave to live that way: to validate ourselves and our values, skills, creations, and leadership...so we can bring them to the world confidently.

You will walk out with:

🔥 A sisterhood that sees you clearly — and holds you to your authority
🔥 Boundaries that don’t require explanation or emotional labor
🔥 A body that remembers it was never meant to shrink
🔥 Clarity around your power — in relationships, leadership, and money
🔥 A recalibrated relationship with ambition, visibility, and success
🔥 The mindset, community, and roadmap to reclaim economic agency and financial momentum

This isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about returning to yourself — fully, consciously, and in charge.

This is for you if:

💥 You’ve felt the gaslight, the subtle criticism, the silent erasure of your authority —
not as a dramatic story, but as a slow erosion of self-trust.

💥 You’ve noticed how small comments, micro-aggressions, and unspoken expectations made you second-guess your decisions, your intelligence, or your leadership — and you’re no longer willing to tolerate that.

💥 You’re done patching yourself up in silence and calling it resilience.

💥 You’re done hoping things will “get better” if you just adapt, explain more, or try harder.

💥 You’re done carrying what was never yours to carry — other people’s discomfort, immaturity, lack of capacity, or resistance to your power.

💥 You’re ready to stop negotiating your worth — in relationships, in rooms, and in money conversations.

💫 You want to embody authority, not perform confidence.
💫 You want boundaries that don’t require justification.
💫You want to lead, decide, earn, and create from a grounded sense of self — without apology.

💫You know that reclaiming power isn’t just emotional —
it’s relational, professional, and economic.

💫You’re ready to be surrounded by women who don’t flinch at clarity, ambition, or truth —
women who reflect your strength instead of asking you to soften it.

This is for you if you’re no longer interested in fixing the past —
and fully committed to designing who you become next.

No more explaining.
No more dimming.
No more shrinking to be tolerated.

This is about identity, authority, and agency — reclaimed and embodied.

Because you’re not here to survive anymore.
You’re here to operate at your natural level of power.
